Mayor Costas, why doesn't our city have a Fourth of July parade? I guess if it doesn't make the city a lot of money, you don't want to bother. Very unpatriotic!
Try addressing this question to the previous mayor, who had 20 years and didn't create a July 4 parade. Costas has been in office for three years and is fixing the crumbling roads, rebuilding County Seat, fixing Eastgate (in process), replacing a 128-year-old cop shop, connecting Vale Park Road, and consoldating 911 centers.
Yes, Quickly caller, keep grinding that ax. It is becoming more and more clear how desperate you are to find something, anything, with which to attack the mayor.

Yes Quickly writers, you know who you are, the ones that think Jon Costas stole the job that Dave Butterfield deserved to keep for life.
Look, in four years try putting up someone to run, you really can't keep complaining when you didn't even run anyone for the job.
