Will taking more money from those who work encourage or discourage people from working more?
Chris, it's a terrible idea of course.
How about dropping property taxes altogether then and going with sales taxes to pay for state expenses?
It's too bad the state can't cut back on expenses, instead of always looking to increase its budget year after year.
