Brian Howey, from Howey Politics, makes a salient point ... Did Barack Obama purposely choose 3 am for his text message on his VP choice as a way to repay Hillary for her 3 am television ad?
An adroit observation, there is no doubt that there is great anger among hard line Hillary supporters about the way Obama ran his campaign. It looks like the caucuses were a total mess in some states, perhaps even undemocratic. Women in general seem to have been left out again as well.
Did Barack in his infinite supply of celebrity wisdom choose to send Hillary, and Bill, and little message to clarify who's running the 3 am show?
Childish you say? Sure, but what will you expect from a candidate who has no experience and is running on strength of marketing and celebrity. I don't know the answer, but I know other celebrities would do the same thing.
Some of our avid readers are Barack supporters, weigh in. Others are frustrated with McCain over immigration or various litmus tests to determine if he's conservative enough. Since when does our President have to fit our litmus tests? He or she needs to be a leader, able to work with 530 congressional egos, run dozens of departments, negotiate with 210 countries and .... Be someone we are proud to claim as our leader in the greatest country in the world.

I didn't even think about the 3 a.m. connection. Interesting because it does send a message to the Clintons that their time is over.
