Northwest Indiana Roundup this morning
I know many of our readers stop here and don't get a chance to read the rich offerings of the NW Indiana blogosphere. So for a morning post, here's a list of links, well worth reading ... better even than either newspaper has to offer, sorry but both newspapers are falling way behind:
Munster FEMA temporary state office, people still lined up this morning before sunrise. You'll find Buzz's posts aggressive and straight to the point.
Kevin Tracy, who really really dislikes John McCain, had his best traffic month ever.
My Man Mitch Daniels holds 16 point lead going into final month for Governor of Indiana.
A look at debates raging over bailout, on multiple blogs and aggregators, started with one A-list blogger, Robert Scoble, and raged all over the blogosphere.
Dan at NWI Connect looks at moves by the Federal Reserve that appear to be covert, while the world is watching Congress debate, he believes the Fed is conducting a bailout of its own.
Jonathon at Dunes' Blog, wants less freight trains slowing down his commute and is in favor of the South Shore Extension to Lowell and Valpo.
The real culprits, according to Northwest Indiana Mortgage site, of credit tightening are regulations that need to be removed. This flies in the face of calls from every port for more government.
Who should you choose for President? Take the Obama test and see if you agree with him.
Prayeramedic says bancruptcy, not a government bailout, is the answer for credit markets.
Chris Sloan at inkspot printer says "lets try this again" ... he's pretty tough on Pelosi but also really believes we have to have some kind of rescue plan in place fast.
Brad, my newest read at NW Indiana Pundit, is posting fast and furious on bailout and election, well worth reading a few of his posts.
This is just a sampling of the terrific blog posts in NW Indiana on only one morning. If you aren't using an RSS reader, get set up today, so you won't miss these posts every day. The debate is raging and you are getting left out.
