Rumors began circulating last week that a group in Valparaiso would be announcing a tea party for April 15th to coincide with the National Tea Party Movement, which now boasts more than 360 cities in one day.
This morning I was able to get some detail: 4 p.m. - 6 p.m. April 15 on the Courthouse Square
