Approval for the van Til River Board was on the agenda this evening at the City Council meeting, but due to Mr. van Til's notifying the city that he wanted to appear with "new information" about the case that is supposed to wow them, they postponed action on the ordinance, and scheduled a public meeting, date time and location to be announced soon (most likely the 20th in Council Chambers).
